一． 考试总题概述：

今天的托福口语考试难度适中，其中独立口语第一题是我们常见的三选一的类型，这种题型我们可以选择自己擅长的topic进行答题，实际上考试难度是降低了，同学们可以选择一个自己擅长的话题进行论述。口语第二题则是我们在机经中很常见的 “ work experience ”的问题，所以可根据平时积累的素材进行答题。综合口语部分没有过多变化，考官还是在按常规路线出题。以下是本次考试题目的具体解析。

二． 题目解析：

Task1:

 If you have money to donate to local community, which will you donate to?

(1): local library

(2): animal sanctuary

(3): 环境组织

教师解析：如果你有一笔钱可以捐赠给当地社区，你会选择哪个机构捐赠？

（1）：当地学校；（2）：动物收容所；（3）：当地保护环境组织。这种三选一的问题，同学们可以选择自己平时较为熟悉的话题来阐述自己的观点，在思考问题时可结合自身的经验，看看捐钱给这些地方之后究竟可以有哪些好处，这些地方可以做出一些什么改善，可以试着从硬件条件，软件条件等方面进行考虑。

Sample answer:

Personally, I would like to donate my money to the local library for the following two reasons.

First of all, our library is in a bad condition. I am student now and the place I would like to go to study is definitely the local library which can provide us with a quiet atmosphere that can let me focus on my study, but the library now are lacking of academic books, and the space there is also a problem, even more the facilities there need to be updated instantly. After the situation changed, I would like to study in there more frequently.

Furthermore, with the money, the local library can also purchase some computers, which can make our study be more interesting and convenient. We can save lots of time on researching the information we need, we can have online courses there as well.

Task2:

 Is it important for students to have some work experience, for example part-time job, before they go to the college or university?

教师解析：你认为对于学生来说有一些工作经验重要吗？比如说一份兼职，在他们进入大学之前。这个题目是机经中出现的高频题，对于这份工作同学们可以想想，在大学前做一份兼职到底会给我们带来什么样的好处？那么万能理由就出现了，可以给我们带来经济收入，让我们可以有经济独立的机会；兼职也会让我们接触到真实的社会，更容易变的成熟；当然对我们的好处也可以是通过做兼职，我们也有机会明白我们究竟在大学里想学什么。那么这种类型的题，就直接延伸到对自己的好处即可，反之亦然。

Sample answer:

For me, I definitely think that we should get a part-time job before college. There are two main reasons that I can point out.

At first, we can know what we wanna chose as a major in college. For example, after graduating from high school about 5 years ago, I took my very first part-time job at a local elementary school as a teaching assistant to teach students how to speak English. I found this job so interesting that I can never give it up and also got plenty of precious experience from it. And after a while, I made education my major.

Moreover, we also can have some extra money this way. For example, I got at least 6000 RMB from the job,  with this money I earned as a TA, I finally got a chance to manage my finance and learn not to run out of budget and I also bought an iPhone 4 that I always dreamed for.

Task3:

Reading: student suggests that psychology department should create student’s magazine.

Reason 1: they can use this magazine as a way to show the hard work of some students.

Reason 2: it’s an honor for students who are being chosen.

Listening: the girl agrees with the letter.

Reason 1: students are major in psychology; they all want to become graduate students after finishing college, so having this experience of being published on magazine can make their background outstanding, it’s also good for their future career as well.

Reason2: it also provides new students who are now major in psychology with a model for paper writing, knowing about how to organize the structure of the paper.

Task4: Psychology

Reading: consistency bias 习惯性偏向

Definition sentence: When people are asked about their previous opinion, they tend to response with their current idea. This occurs quite often when people don’t even realize about it.

Listening: The professor uses his own experience as an example to explain this term.

The professor’s brother is a mathematics teacher in college, and he didn’t like his principal before, so he always did things negatively. But after that, the principal started to do things differently; he made some change about the school policies, like he bought some computers to students. After that, his brother changed his mind, thinking his principal was a good leader. So, when he was asked his previous opinion of the principal, he stuck to his current idea and even not noticed the change of his attitude.

Task5: 论文问题

Problem: In the listening, the woman has a problem that the day is a raining day, and the woman forgets to bring her umbrella and coat, but she has to get back to her house to finish her history paper.

Solution 1: She can wait for her roommate to pick her up by car.

Disadvantage: She has to wait for a long time, because her roommate has classes to take all the afternoon, it’s can be pretty late when she finally gets back to her house and she has to stay up late to get her paper done.

Solution 2: She can take a cab to get back to her house.

Disadvantage: It will cost her a lot, at least 15 dollars.

Task6:  Biology

Topic: the professor talks about two ways of how animal preserve their food.

First way: they will dry out the food before they store. For example, squirrels dry the mushroom on the branch before they store, so the bacteria has no condition to grow without water molecule.

Second way: they will make food cool. For example, beavers bring the leaves and branches under water to make the food cold, keeping the food away from bacteria.

三． 备考策略：

在此，还是要建议大家多训练语言的基本功。因为口语是需要长时间积累的一项技能，例如独立口语题，大家平时应该自己多想一些话题来问自己，比如：我最喜欢的学科是什么？先从最基本，最简单的问题开始来训练自己，每天一个45s，你的语言能力都会有变化，独立口语的关键还是在于语料的积累和语言的熟练度。综合口语题，我们应该做的就是不断的练习自己的阅读，听力，组织和表达能力，因为综合口语题考查的能力不仅仅是表达，还是阅读，听力和组织语言的能力，所以大家应该从这四个部分进行加强，也是有意识的计时训练，把速度提高；再录音，更好的掌握合适的语速，语调和发音。
